We are responsible for all aspects of property management, including:

What maintenance tasks are included in the service charge?
In addition to arranging the regular maintenance of facilities and systems such as door entry, fire detection, and lifts, we ensure that the communal parts of every development comply with the current safety regulations and that the relevant risk assessments are carried out as required.
Budgeting and accounts
When your annual service charge is renewed, actual expenditure will be monitored against existing estimates throughout the year. As your property development manager, we take the protection and security of residents and the development extremely seriously.
We also take into account the obligations within each individual lease or transfer. We can provide monthly or quarterly bank reconciliations.
